Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts regarding the provision of hotel rooms and related services.

2. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the booking request.

3. Prices and Services
All prices include statutory VAT. Subject to change.

4. Payment
Payment is usually due immediately after booking. Additional services payable on-site or in advance.

5. Payment Default
Default leads to interest and reminder fees.

6. Pets
Pets allowed for a fee of €25 per night.

7. Breakfast
Optional at €19.90 per person per day.

8. Cancellation Policy

Flexible Rate: Free cancellation up to 1 day before arrival. Afterwards, 100% charge.
Saver Rate: Non-refundable, 100% charge upon cancellation or no-show. Date changes on request only.
Special rates (e.g., Pentecost Offer) marked with “Saver Rate” or “Flexible Rate” apply the respective conditions.

9. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in from 1:30 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM. Early or late times subject to availability.

10. Room Occupancy and Use
Maximum occupancy per room. No smoking or subletting.

11. House Rules
Contract can be terminated without notice for disturbances or breaches.

12. Lost Keys
€50 charge for lost keys.

13. Guest Duties
Guests must avoid damage and comply with house rules.

14. Liability for Valuables
No liability for valuables; use of safe recommended.

15. Liability
Liability only for intent and gross negligence; limited for slight negligence.

16. Hotel Withdrawal
Possible in case of force majeure or unforeseeable events.

17. Jurisdiction and Law
German law applies; jurisdiction at hotel’s location.

18. Final Provisions
Changes must be in writing; invalid clauses replaced.
